In addition, we have hundreds of clients for whom we have been providing home maintenance, remodeling and building additions. Our staff includes but is not limited to the expertise of masons, painters, carpenters, excavators, mechanical experts, and cabinetmakers, electricians and plumbers who are all available to take care of your every need. Change of Ownership

After more than 32 years of dedication to serving our customers in Frederick County, founder and long-time owner Steve Dorcus has decided to sell Dorcus Construction Co., Inc. Over more than three decades, Steve built a company known for its craftsmanship, quality, and reliability. As of February 2025, the new owner is Jason Nicol, and he is honored to continue this legacy of quality work and trusted service. Steve will continue to support the company in an advisory role.
