We’re looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team and play a key role in winning new projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in residential construction who understands how projects are built, priced, and sold—and wants their performance to directly impact their income.
What You’ll Do:
- Review project scopes, plans, and specifications
- Perform takeoffs and develop accurate cost estimates
- Prepare clear, professional proposals for clients
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing
- Collaborate with ownership and project managers on budgets and schedules
- Identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities
- Support the sales process during pre-construction
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience in residential construction, remodeling, or estimating (required)
- Strong understanding of how residential projects are built
- Ability to read plans and understand scopes of work
- Experience with estimating, project coordination, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and/or estimating software
- Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable
Compensation & Growth:
- $60K–$80K base salary depending on experience
